A public meeting is set this week to discuss the latest Port Dalhousie development plan.
The city is hosting a public meeting Wednesday at the Port Dalhousie Lions Club to discuss a new proposal to develop the controversial Port Place lands.
The original waterfront development project, began in 2012.
Since then the property has changed hands and is now owned by Fortress Real Developments.
The company's new proposal calls for the building of a 14 storey condo complex with commercial space and underground parking along with a public courtyard and parkette.
The plan requires an amendment to the citys official plan along with zoning changes.
