Radiohead's lead singer says people still aren't being held accountable for the fatal stage collapse in Toronto that killed their drum technician six years ago.
The British band played its first show in the city last night since the collapse and Thom Yorke used an expletive to describe the silence as ``deafening'' when it comes to determining responsibility.
Yorke called for a moment of silence following his remarks before the band's encore but was frequently interrupted by shouts from the crowd.
Show promoter Live Nation, an engineer and contractor Optex Staging were all charged under provincial health and safety laws but the charges were stayed last September after a judge ruled the matter took too long to get to trial.
