Downtown Niagara Falls now has its own Pride rainbow crosswalk.
The push to install the crosswalk first started almost a year ago by community advocate Falynn Shaw and the final design was approved at the beginning of this year.
The Downtown BIA has covered 50 percent of the overall $3,000 cost.
The crosswalk was unveiled today at the south side of the Queen Street and Erie Avenue intersection.
This is Pride month.
