Rainfall amounts of 40 to 50 mm are expected tonight and into Thursday.
Rain will change to snow late Thursday or early Friday.
Snowfall amounts of 2 to 4 cm are predicted for early Friday.
Rainfall warnings are issued for amounts of 25 mm or more in 24 hours or less when the ground is saturated.
