Two men at the centre of a nationwide manhunt have now been charged with second degree murder.
The RMCP have charged 18 year old Bryer Schmegelsky and 19 year old Kam McLeod after identifying the body of Leonard Dyck, a lecturer from the University of British Columbia.
The pair, who are still evading police, are also considered suspects in the fatal shootings of an Australian man and his American girlfriend.
Police near Gillam, Manitoba have set up a check point along the community's only road in hopes of catching the duo.
