Regional Council can't agree on a new code of conduct.
Council voting last night, to refer the work they've done on a new code to another integrity commissioner come the fall.
ADR Chambers Inc. is the latest firm hired by the Region to handle complaints about councillors.
Former Integrity Commissioner John Mascarin's code was revised in 58 different places by Councillors Tony Quirk and Selina Volpatti back in May, and their version was up for debate at a special meeting of council last night.
Quirk says after listening to the debate, the procedural bylaw committee didn’t get it right.
He moved that the code be referred to ADR Chambers for yet another revision.
Council passed the motion 17-10.
