Thousands will strap on their helmets in 31 communities for Canada's largest cycling mental health fundraiser on Sunday, including right here in Niagara.
The Canadian Mental Health Association's Ride Don't Hide - Niagara event is hosted at Brock University.
A 5 kilometre route will take place on the University's campus while more challenging 15 and 35 kilometre routes will travel into the Town of Pelham.
Niagara MP Chris Bittle will lead the 15 kilometre route while Olympian Kyle Jones heads the 35 kilometre route.
The Ride Don't Hide movement is aiming to raise 1.7 million dollars this year to support mental health programs.
