A second suspect has been charged with first degree murder in the death of a 31-year-old St. Catharines man last summer.
A 16-year-old St. Catharines boy was charged in Raymond Riley's death yesterday after police released new images of the two suspects in the August 26th, 2022 assault - this week.
A second 16-year-old St. Catharines boy turned himself into police earlier today.
31-year-old Raymond Riley was found in the area of Riordon and Division Streets with serious injuries after an assault.
He died in hospital on September 8th of the injuries he suffered.
