Opening arguments are set to get underway today in the murder trial of two men already serving time for killing an Ancaster man.
Dellen Millard and Mark Smich have pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in the death of 23-year-old Laura Babcock.
The Crown alleges Millard and Smich murdered Babcock at Millard's Toronto home in July of 2012.
The two are then accused of burning her body in a large incinerator that was later found on Millard's farm near Waterloo.
The pair are serving time for the May 2013 slaying of Tim Bosma .
The Ancaster father disappeared after taking Millard and Smich for a test drive in a truck he was selling.
His body was then burned in an incinerator.
