Serious crash in Wainfleet

A serious crash in Wainfleet.

Officers were called to a collision in the area of Putman road and Willford Road at 9:30 this morning.

When they arrived they found a person with serious injuries.

That person was pulled from the car by fire fighters and air-lifted to an out of region hospital with life-threatening injuries.

Members of the NRP's collision reconstruction unit remain at the scene investigating.
