Niagara Region Public Health is reporting a total of seven new cases of COVID-19; two on Saturday, and five today (Sunday).
Currently, Niagara has 25 active cases of the virus.
Most of Niagara's active cases are in Niagara on the Lake and Port Colborne.
Niagara's Acting Medical Officer of Health Dr. Mustafa Hirji says he is worried provincial trends will continue, as cases across Ontario are 60 to 70% higher than a week ago.
Over 200 cases were reported across Ontario once again Sunday.
