A developer in Port Dalhousie predicts shovels in the ground by November or December.
The Harbour Club will be built at the former Lincoln Fabrics building and is being billed as 'resort style living.'
Joining CKTB's Matt Holmes, President Sheldon Rosen says units will start at $500,000 and could go up to a million and a half.
"With the few hundred new people that will be in the village as a result of the two or three projects that are presently anticipated, ours being just one of them, there's probably going to be dozens of millions of dollars in expendable income that come with the people to shop locally."
Pre-sales are expected to start in May, and Rosen believes they will sell out by June or July.
The Harbour Club is expected to house 120 loft and estate residences.
