The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is recalling some Janes brand frozen chicken products.
800 gram packages of Pub Style Chicken Burgers with a best before date of May 12, 2018, UPC code 0 69299 12491 0 and Pub Style Snacks Popcorn Chicken – Uncooked Breaded Chicken Cutlettes with a best before date of May 15, 2018 and a UPC code of 0 69299 12542 9, are being recalled due to possible salmonella contamination
The CFIA asks consumers to check to see if they have the recalled products in their home.
If so the products should be thrown out or returned to the store where they were purchased.
