A police source telling Toronto media, the gunman in Sunday night's mass shooting on the Danforth took his own life after a gun fight with police.
CTV and our other media partner CP24 are also reporting the gun used in Sunday's rampage originated from the United States and was allegedly stolen during a break-and-enter in Saskatoon.
A police source tells CTV that Faisal Hussain's father was allegedly arrested in Saskatoon on drug charges around the same time as the break-and-enter.
Again, none of this has been confirmed by officials.
Meantime, hundreds of mourners gathered last night for a candlelight vigil for the two young girls who died in the shooting rampage.
10 year old Julianna Kozis and 18 year old Reese Fallon were killed and 13 others were wounded, as of yesterday five people still remained in hospital.
