We could be in for some wild winds this weekend in Niagara.
A special weather statement has been issued warning of damaging winds likely on Sunday.
Environment Canada predicting gusts of 90 to 110 km/h developing Sunday afternoon after the passage of a sharp cold front.
The winds will gradually weaken on Monday.
Damage to buildings, such as to roof shingles and windows, may occur.
Power outages are also possible.
In addition flurries and blowing snow will develop Sunday afternoon as we could see another 2-5 cm of snow by Monday morning.
