The annual street festival kicks off tomorrow in the downtown Q District with Schoolapalooza.
Organizors are promising a more family friendly festival this year and have decided against an open booze policy that allowed visitors to walk around the downtown beer in hand.
Alcohol sales will be limited to an area around the main stage near city hall.
In a 105.7 EZ Rock presentation, Coleman Hell will headline the festival Saturday night, with local bands includingThe Madhatters also providing entertainment.
The festival runs through to Sunday.
