A 40 year old man has been arrested after allegedly threatening three youths in St. Catharines.
The first incident happened yesterday when officers were called to an apartment complex in the area of Vine Street and Scott Street.
Police say a 40 old year man had uttered threats towards three young persons, all under the age of 16.
This morning at 11 o'clock police went back to the apartment to arrest the man.
He refused to surrender to police and crisis negotiators were called in to assist.
At 2:40pm, officers entered the apartment and arrested Matthew Holden of St. Catharines and charged him with uttering threats.
Holden was held in custody to appear at a bail hearing via video link.
