Niagara Regional Police have arrested a man after an investigation into reports of a suspect secretly recording people in public.
Police have been looking into the claims since last Thursday.
Yesterday they searched a home in St. Catharines and arrested 37 year old Andrew Vincent on charges of voyeurism and failing to comply with probation order
