Police in both St. Catharines and Niagara Falls working on tips provided by the public via social media, and have made an arrest in a series of commerical break ins.
During the holiday season, police received a number of complaints about night time break and enters in downtown St. Catharines.
Yesterday, a suspect was identified, who also happened to be under investigation by police in the falls.
Working together, both division's arrested 29 year old Andrew Windsor of St. Catharines, charging him with six counts of break and enter, possession of stolen property and 20 counts of unauthorized use of a stolen credit card.
