Two men have been taken into custody following a murder in St. Catharines overnight.
Niagara Police are holding two crime scenes in the areas of Queenston St and Eastchester Ave as well as Lorne and Queenston Streets after the stabbing.
A 30 year old man was found near Queenston and Eastchester just before midnight Monday, and was later pronounced dead in hospital.
A 24 year old man and 26 year old man, both from St. Catharines, have been taken into custody in relation to the stabbing.
The Homicide Unit continues to investigate, but say there is no on-going threat to public safety.
