Today is the day Starbucks will close its U.S. locations for a few hours to provide staff with anti bias training.
The move comes after two black men were arrested at a Philadelphia Starbucks last month after they asked to use the washroom but didn't buy anything.
The pair say they were waiting for another person to arrive for a meeting before ordering.
Here in Canada, staff will undergo sensitivity and diversity training June 11th with stores closing for a few hours on that day.
