Start Me Up Niagara is opening a new remote resource drop-in centre in Niagara Falls.
The centre will help people experiencing significant life challenges such as poverty, homelessness, unemployment, disabilities, addictions, and mental health issues by connecting people in need with programs and resources targeted to their individual needs.
The Niagara Falls location will offer Housing services, Resources and Referrals, and act as a cooling station during the sweltering heat of the summer.
It will be open Monday through Saturday from 12 p.m. until 5 p.m. at 4878 Jepson Street in the Faith Fellowship building.
Anyone wishing to use the drop-in centre is asked to enter through the side door.
