About 700 ground crew workers at Canada's busiest airport will find out later today if they go on strike.
Members of Teamsters local 419, representing baggage handlers, cargo handlers and other ground staff, are voting today on a new collective agreement with Swissport, the largest
baggage handler at Pearson International Airport in Toronto.
If workers reject Swissport's latest contract offer, picket lines could go up as early as tonight.
Swissport services 30 of the 74 airlines flying out of Pearson.
