Niagara public high school students are off today as the OSSTF continues with rotating strikes.
Also on the picket lines today, teachers in the province's french system are holding a one day strike, their first in years.
And the protests and strike don't end there.
On February 21st, all four teacher's unions are planning a massive one day strike.
The next day members of the Ontario Federation of Labour will be demonstrating outside the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls where the Premier and his caucus will meet for a policy convention.
The OFL will be joined by members of the Ontario Public Service Employees Union.
OPSEU posting on its website the demonstration "is against the Ford government’s reckless policies and massive cuts to the public services we rely on."
