A 34 year old Niagara Falls woman is facing charges after being stopped fro driving 108 km/hr in a 40 km/hr zone on the Niagara River Parkway.
Niagara Parks Police stopped the woman around 6:30 p.m. last (Wednesday) night in the vicinity of Upper Rapids Boulevard.
Further investigation revealed the driver was suspended and in possession of open liquor in her vehicle.
She's facing speeding and stunting offences as well as one offence under the Liquor Licence Act.
Her vehicle was impounded and her licence suspended again for another 7 days.
