Counterfeit US cash is making the rounds in Niagara.
Last Tuesday a woman paid for goods at the Geneva Street Walmart in St. Catharines with $20 and $50 bills. She then hopped into a grey Honda Civic driven by a male suspect.
Police have discovered the same woman then went to the Walmart on Welland Ave, The Bay, and the Oakwood Drive Walmart in Niagara Falls to buy high end electronics and clothing with counterfeit currency.
The suspect is described as a 20 - 30 year old black woman, around 5'1" - 5'3" and between 150 - 170 lbs. She was wearing a tight black dress, white sandals, a gold chain necklace, and carrying a red or maroon purse.
The man is also described as black, 20 - 30 years old, with a piercing in his left ear.
