Swoop is promising to reimburse passengers who had to rebook on other airlines after a total of seven flights, some out of Hamilton's John C. Munro Airport, were cancelled this week.
A damaged plane was blamed for the cancellations because it had to be taken out of service.
A Swoop official says travellers delayed more than three hours received meal, hotel and transportation vouchers.
The discount airline is under investigation for cancelling dozens of flights last month because of issues with planes.
