Five students from AN Myer in Niagara Falls will be back in court next month on sexual assault charges.
The five, four 17 years old and one 16 year old were arrested last month, and charged with the alleged sexual assault of an 18 year old woman in Thorold in August.
Police say the alleged assault happened after the woman went to a party in St. Catharines then left with five males to a location in Thorold where she was sexually assaulted.
Lawyers for the five teens were in court yesterday where they were granted an adjournment in the case until December 19th.
