An Ontario court has ruled a township was within its rights to maintain the name of a street called Swastika Trail.
In its decision, the panel found no reason to interfere with Puslinch council's votes against changing the name of the private road.
Swastika Trail in central southwestern Ontario, was named in the 1920s before the Nazis used a version of it as their infamous symbol.
Puslinch council voted not to change the name back in December, but two residents sought a judicial review.
