You may notice a lot of cyclists on the roads today as the Cops for Cancer Tour de Golden Horseshoe gets underway.
28 law enforcement and emergency services personnel will cycle 400 km across the region while engaging communities on-route in raising money for childhood cancer research and support services at the Canadian Cancer Society.
September is Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.
The tour started this morning in Fort Erie and will travel to Niagara Falls today.
Tomorrow the riders will be in Thorold at Front Row Sports and in Grimsby at the Meridian Branch in the afternoon.
