More acts are pulling out of an event billed by organizers as 'a premium concert series in Welland.'
Bands Black 'N Blue, Vixen, and Autograph are no longer appearing at the Hair in the Fair concert set to start next Thursday.
On separate pages, all three bands claim they won't be playing due to 'promoters breach of contract.'
Last month, The Trailer Park Boys also announced they were pulling out 'due to the promoters not fulfilling their contractual obligations.'
According to the concert's website, Quiet Riot, Killer Dwarfs, and Warrant are all still scheduled to hit the stage over the course of the three day festival.
