Tone Broke and jockey Ricardo Santana Jr. are the winner's of this year's Prince of Wales Stakes at Fort Erie Racetrack.
Tone Broke beat Queen's Plate winner One Bad Boy dashing hopes the horse would become the next horse, since Wando did it in 2003, to take the Triple Crown.
Overall, it turned out to be the second best wagering day ever for the Fort Erie Track with over $2 million on the line.
The third jewel of the OLG Canadian Triple Crown, the Breeders’ Stakes, is on August 17 at Woodbine Racetrack.
