The father of Tori Stafford says one of her killers is back behind bars in Ontario.
Rodney Stafford posted on Facebook that Terri-Lynn McClintic was transferred back to Kitchener's Grand Valley Institute for Women last night.
Stafford says her security classification remains the same at this time.
He says he wants her sent back to a maximum security prison where "she rightfully belongs".
Stafford's daughter, Tori Stafford was abducted and killed in 2009.
McClintic had been serving a life sentence at the Grand Valley Institution before being transferred to a Healing Lodge for Aboriginal Women in Saskatchewan.
