An emergency situation unfolding in downtown Toronto as up to two million people were celebrating the Toronto Raptors win.
Toronto Police say there was a shooting in the crowd at Nathan Phillip's Square during the championship ceremony.
It happened at Bay and Albert Streets.
Police have located 2 victims who have suffered serious but not life threatening injuries.
The festivities, which were briefly suspended, carried on even as dozens of fans ran in several directions at the south end of the square.
Two people have been taken into custody and two firearms have been recovered.
