Toy handgun scare in Port Colborne

A man in Port Colborne getting a stern talking to from police after taking a stroll armed with a toy handgun.

Police were called in just after 8:00 yesterday morning when residents spotted the man walking near West Side Road and Main Street.

Police say he didn't commit a crime but was advised about the optics of carrying a play gun in public.
