It's that time of year again when the Great Wolf Lodge in Niagara Falls holds its annual charity car wash and traffic is already backed up in the area.
The resort along with NRPS and the Niagara Falls Fire Fighters Association are hosting the event with proceeds going to Camp Bucko, a kids camp for burn survivors as well as the Special Olympics.
As part of the event, residents can purchase a one night stay at the Lodge including two days of waterpark play for just $180 or a four pack of waterpark passes for just $70.
Cars have been lining up since the wee hours of this morning.
NRP advising motorists to avoid the Bridge and Victoria Avenue area of the falls this morning and use River Road or the Niagara Parkway as alternates.
The event runs until 10 am or until vouchers are sold out.
