The prime minister is suggesting there will be something for seniors included in his government's throne speech on September 23rd.
But Justin Trudeau provided a vague answer today when asked on V-O-C-M radio in St. John's whether he will live up to an election promise to increase old age security payments.
He says people will have to wait for the speech.
Trudeau pledged during last year's election campaign that a re-elected Liberal government would increase old age security by an extra 10 per cent once a senior turns 75.
