After days of saying the U-S election is ``rigged,''' Donald Trump is refusing to say whether he would accept the results of next month's presidential election if he loses to Hillary Clinton.
Trump only said during the final debate that he would ``look at it at the time.''
Republican National Committee strategist Sean Spicer says the party would ``respect the will of the people.''
The 90-minute face-off also covered the Supreme Court, immigration, abortion and fitness to be president.
Trump repeatedly clashed with Clinton, calling her a liar and at one point, a ``nasty woman.''
