All but two beaches are safe for swimming in Niagara.
Long Beach Conservation East and Reebs Bay in Wainfleet have been listed an unsafe for swimming due to high levels of E. coli in the water.
All other beaches have been listed as open and safe for swimming.
When a swimming advisory is issued, a beach will be posted with a sign indicating that it is "Unsafe for Swimming".
It is recommended that residents use another beach or stay out of the water until the posting is removed.
