Another grocery giveway for those in need today, in fact there will be two day in Thorold.
Councillor Jim Handley telling Niagara in the Morning, the first giveaway will be a delivery of 300 bags of groceries to seniors and those less fortune in the downtown area.
The second will see a refrigerated truck at Thorold South Firehall at 1 p.m. for those in need.
Handley says those looking for help don't need to bring I.D., he says just show up and you'll be taken care of.
The grocery giveaway is again thanks to the same anonymous donor who has been doing this in a number of Niagara communities since the pandemic struck.
