Two men are being charged after an assault outside Mansion House.
The assault happened on July 06 around 1:41 a.m. The victim was found in the back parking lot that exits onto Ontario street. Police say the victim was taken to hospital with a significant face and head injury. Niagara Regional Police charged 30 year old Russell Brooker in July and were on the hunt for a second suspect.
38 year old Kevin Marlor has now also been charged with Aggravated Assault.
