Niagara police have laid two more charges against the suspect in the police-involved shooting in West Lincoln Dec. 21.
Forty-six year old Alexander Jason Bates of Mississauga is also charged with uttering death threats and use of an imitation firearm in the commission of an offence.
Police were called to a home on Anastasia Blvd for a report of a disturbance.
When officers arrived, they had an interaction with a male who was shot by police.
Two persons were located inside the home, both in critical condition.
The police-involved shooting remains under investigation by the province's Special Investigations Unit
Bates is already charged with two counts of attempted murder in relation incident.
The victims have been released from hospital.
