Niagara Regional Police stopped about 750 vehicles in St. Catharines and Niagara Falls during R.I.D.E checks last night.
Three drivers were required to provide breath samples and all three were in the acceptable range.
Several other drivers were stopped for various traffic offences and 18 tickets were issued, including two for driving while under suspension.
Both drivers were issued summons to appear in court and had their vehicles towed from the scene.
