Workers are beginning to feel the  impact of the province's minimum wage hike.

A Tim Horton's in Coborg has sent a letter to its employees saying paid breaks are being taken away.

As well staff will now have to pay between 50 and 75 per cent of their benefits, depending on how long they've worked there.

The Two Cobourg Timmy's are owned by the children of the chain's co founders Ron Joyce and Tim Horton.

The changes are all in line with the rules and regulations contained in the province's Employment Standard's Act.
