Two Welland residents are facing charges in a heroin and fentanyl bust.
According to police one of the accused had just been released on bail on drug charges.
32 year old David Cowe is facing trafficking and breach of probation charges.
Also charged in the bust 24 year old Ashley Hyatt.
Police also seized $3,300 worth of drugs.
