The United Way of St. Catharines & District is announcing a very ambitious goal - $3.52 million.
This is the highest goal ever set by the organization.
The announcement was made this morning during a special breakfast to celebrate the official kick off for this year's campaign.
Campaign Chair Sean Simpson from Simpson's Pharmasave hosted the breakfast.
Verge Insurance will be matching donations for the campaign, while The Ontario Paper Thorold Foundation is taking on the Leadership Challenge.
The United Way supports over 70 programs across Niagara.
Last year the organization brought in $3.51 million.
