Police say two people have been killed in a three-vehicle collision in Grimsby.
It happened shortly after the noon hour today.
A portion of Wolverton Road from Kemp Road to Mud street remains closed.
Inspector Richard Frayne says it is expected to remain closed for "an extended period of time",
Reports suggest a car hit a tree by the intersection.
Emergency crews had to cut into the car to extricate the passengers.
Police are releasing few details at this point other than the collision involved three vehicles and that the road will be closed for the reconstruction unit.
