The Ministry of Transportation has now reopened all southbound lanes of the 406 in Welland at Merritt.

The lanes closed yesterday afternoon for a pavement heaving issue.
Motorists reported seeing the pavement buckle and split apart, but the MTO has not confimed the issue.
