A B-C man accused of jumping naked into the shark tank at the Ripley's Aquarium in Toronto has been released on bail.
Thirty-seven-year-old David Weaver of Nelson was granted bail during a court appearance today on two counts of mischief as well as assault causing bodily harm.
Weaver is alleged to have assaulted a man outside the Medieval Times dinner theatre last Friday before heading to the aquarium where he is accused of taking off his clothes, crossing a barrier and jumping into the shark tank.
He was returned to Toronto this week after provincial police arrested him in Thunder Bay.
