Two Hamilton paramedics charged in the death of a 19 year old Brock University student will be back in court October 9th.
Neither 53 year old Steve Snively nor 29 year old Chris Marchant were in court this morning sending their lawyer instead.
The two paramedics were charged with failing to provide the necessaries of life after eyewitness reports claim the pair failed to properly treat 19 year old Yosif Al-Hasnawi who was shot while attempting to help an older man.
Witnesses to the December 2017 shooting say the paramedics accused Al-Hasnawi of exaggerating his injuries.
They also say it took too long to get him to hospital where he later died.
